Yamaha SBP2F5 Drum Set (Raven Black)
The SBP2F5 is the larger of Yamaha's two Stage Custom Birch shell packs, a five-piece configuration built from 100% birch shells – the same material Yamaha uses on its higher-end kits – for a focused attack with controlled low end. The pack comprises a 22 x 17 inch bass drum, 16 x 15 inch floor tom, 12 x 8 and 10 x 7 inch toms, a 14 x 5.5 inch snare drum and a TH945C tom holder, with the toms mounted on Yamaha's Y.E.S.S. system so shell resonance is not choked. Shells use 6-ply 7.2 mm birch, 45-degree bearing edges, Absolute Lugs with an internal lock mechanism and Yamaha heads as standard. This is a shell pack: cymbals, stands, pedal and throne are not included.
